Curated singing bowls for the event
Crystal singing bowls, especially those tuned to specific frequencies, have become popular tools for healing, meditation, and energy work. The "C" bowl and the "E" bowl are two specific frequencies that correspond to key energy centers, or chakras, in the body.
Michelle specifically curated this specific bowls, 2 'C' note bowls and an 'E' note bowl for the caregiver awareness receptions to support the love and devotion they provide to their loved ones.
The "C" Bowl: This note is closely associated with the Root Chakra, which is the first chakra, located at the base of the spine. The Root Chakra is the foundation of our sense of safety, stability, and security. It is believed that when this chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, secure, and supported in our lives. For caregivers, the Root Chakra is especially significant because it helps establish a strong foundation of personal stability. In the demanding role of caregiving, feeling rooted in your own sense of security allows you to give more effectively and with compassion, knowing you have the inner strength to support others without depleting yourself. The "C" bowl’s sound can help caregivers reconnect with their own grounding energy, promoting a sense of calm and balance.
The "E" Bowl: This note corresponds to the Solar Plexus Chakra, located just above the navel. The Solar Plexus is known as the "action" chakra, as it governs personal power, confidence, and our ability to take action in the world. For caregivers, the Solar Plexus Chakra is critical because it influences one's ability to assert boundaries, make decisions, and feel confident in the face of challenges. Caregiving requires both compassion and strength, and a balanced Solar Plexus empowers caregivers to act with clear intention and resilience. The "E" bowl’s sound can help caregivers reconnect with their inner strength, boost their confidence, and reinforce their sense of personal power.
Together, these two bowls—one tuning into the Root Chakra (C) and the other into the Solar Plexus Chakra (E)—create a harmonic balance between grounding, security, and empowerment. The combination of these frequencies not only enhances physical and emotional well-being but also nurtures the caregiver’s ability to provide care with a deep sense of self-awareness, strength, and stability. The additional "third theta beat octave" that emerges during the playing of these bowls offers a meditative frequency that encourages deep relaxation and stress release, which is essential for caregivers who often work under emotional and physical strain.
This sound therapy can be a powerful tool for caregivers, providing a moment of connection to their own energy, restoring balance, and helping them continue their important work with a clearer, more centered mindset.
We hope that participants were able to enjoy a moment of peace and mindfulness.
