Individuals with the following conditions should refrain from using the vibroacoustic table:           

• Those with pacemakers   

• People with very low blood pressure   

• Individuals with a deep vein thrombosis (DVT), bleeding disorder, or those who have undergone recent surgery    

• Individuals who have experienced a recent psychotic episode.

• Individuals with poor circulation (peripheral vascular insufficiency)    

• Those taking medications that thin the blood or alter sensations (consult a healthcare provider first)  

• Individuals with severe spinal deformities or recent spinal surgery
