I've attended many Self-care Sunday singing bowl events, each time taking away a different healing experience. Michelle & Ojare are masters at creating a beautiful symphony of tones, with their vast collection of instruments. And Pam's reiki is a nice opt-in to enhance the healing process.

 

These are a team of very gifted sound & energy healers, who have supported me in reaching a deep relaxation state to help move energy through.

 

I also enjoy them creating a safe space for open discussion afterwards, a chance to share our journey & ask questions.
