Dr. Pamela Hoo, O.D.
Dr. Pamela Hoo, OD is a practicing optometrist in San Diego, with an emphasis in the geriatric population. She provides a holistic approach and guides her patients how they can make their lives better with self-care, nutrition, and more self-awareness during her eye exams. She is a certified Jikiden Reiki healing practitioner, and a certified Infinite Possibilities trainer.
In her spare time, she enjoys functional fitness exercises, and is interested in natural wellness, nutrition, travel and just constant learning.
My mission is help our community put down their burdens for some moments and experience the beauty of stillness, by quieting the outside world. It makes me happy to witness, our attendees experiencing lightness, and openness, which later becomes inner happiness and self empowerment.
